PROCESS
DISCOVERY AND RESEARCH
The chosen research method allowed us to gather valuable insights and data on our user's needs, preferences, and behavior patterns. This information was crucial in developing a better understanding of our target audience and creating a product that meets their needs and expectations.

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS

USER SURVEY
SUMMARY
The user survey consisted of questions designed to uncover customer preferences and challenges, and to gain insight into how they think. The results of the survey provided valuable information that will be used to inform future product decisions.

USER INTERVIEW
SUMMARY
The user interview provided invaluable insight into the user experience and helped validate some of the results from the survey. It allowed me to ask more probing questions and gain a deeper understanding of user experience. This ultimately led to more informed decision making when making product changes.

-
Client received a text alert that her medication was ready
-
She then proceeded to pick up her medication then made her way home
-
Client leaves her medication by her cabinet with the rest of her vitamins so she can remember to take them

PERSONA
SUMMARY
Personas are fictitious characters that represent a user segment, based on real-world user research. They are created to help visualize and empathize with their target users, and ensure that all product decisions are made with the end user in mind. Personas can help make better design decisions that are tailored to the needs of the user.

The pill reminder app works well with clients who forget to take their medication and need an alert.

The user is able to input their pill name, type of pill, dose, frequency, time, start date, duration and when they need to take it. They are also able to view current and future intakes

I’ve learned so much about why users forget to take their medication and how important it is for their health.
